Bentley has announced a special specification for cars built after 2019 to celebrate its centenary. It is known as the Centenary Specification. The cabin is equipped with cross-stitching and contrast stitching in Centenary Gold throughout. The Bentley Wings are embroidered with Centenary Gold on the headrests as well as the seats and other parts of the car. This adds to the celebration. The Centenary Specification also includes a bespoke Bentley keycase to complete the Bentley experience.

Function

The Bentley Mulsanne key features an open button on the trunk, as well as a button that turns on the car. It also has a switch to activate the parking break. There is a knob that can fold and unfold the mirrors when parking in tight spots. This feature helps you get into and out of your vehicle.

The guests receive an individual key case created by hand that houses the R.F.I.D. enabled key cards. The keys are also equipped with Bentley Muliner Personalised Welcome Lamps that light up the door's opening path with the owner's name or emblem as they make their way towards the vehicle.

Bentley estimates that it takes around 500 man-hours to build and put together the Mulsanne. The refusal to embrace modern technology is the main factor to this laborious task. The Crewe factory workers do not utilize a machine for arranging perfectly matched cross stitched leather seats. Instead they do it by hand. Drivers have to park their cars manually, instead of using sensors built-in to guide them into perpendicular and parallel spots.

Bentley showcased its Mulliner personalization capabilities with the release of a special Mulsanne W.O. Edition, that pays homage to the William Osler, the founder of Bentley. Edition, which pays tribute to founder William Osler Bentley. The 100 limited edition cars come with an item key that shows the 1930 8 Litre crankshaft.
